Sunny Grass Seed

Sunny grass seed is designed for areas that receive 6 or more hours of direct sunlight per day and is ideal for open lawns, front yards, and high-visibility spaces. Begin by loosening the soil and removing debris so the seed can make good contact with the ground. Spread the seed evenly using a hand spreader or broadcast spreader at the recommended rate. Lightly rake to cover the seed and apply a starter fertilizer. Water lightly and frequently to keep the soil moist until germination, then reduce watering as the grass establishes. Mow once the grass reaches about 3 inches tall.
