| This four-inch flower has ruffled rose-pink petals with a red eye zone and yellow-to-green throat. It starts blooming late spring and reblooms into mid-summer. Daylilies can survive many harsh conditions that other plants cannot, including polluted city environments, slopes, poor and dry soils, near salted pavement in winter, and under Black Walnut trees (not affected by juglone).
